They told me I was being fussy and then took the full amount for my subscription as payment for the personality profile. Complete con and customer service were very rude. I would not recommend"

I joined last year when they had an offer on, I think it was £60 for the year. I turned off the auto renewal as I always do as I don’t agree with company’s automatically renewing a service for a years time when it might not be required.
I have been bombarded with emails saying I now owe them £166.80 as i have renewed for another year and I need to make the payment before further action is taken. I’ve requested to speak to a real human to explain the situation but all I get is an auto generated email response and the customer service number doesn’t even ring.
They have now passed my case onto a debt collection company who are now sending me emails. Tried to call them 5 times and left messages but so far no one has called me back. Disgusting companies ripping people off. "

Also eharmony uk website is the worst and unfriendly website I have seen.
