"Been two months, and I haven't received anything yet."

"1. They Don't send orders on time
2. They Don't send all the items you ordered rather they send what they have available (even if the item showed available when it was ordered and they processed the payment already) to them at the time of shipping.
3. They Don't refund the money once charged even if the ordered item was no more available for shipment
4. They Don't inform you on what item was missing and what they have available
5. They Don't pick up your call
6. They Don't call you back after receiving the voice mail.
7. They Don't send the item to you again if it was missed out/not available as part of initial shipment and if you reach out to them through email, they simply say its been shipped. Its upto you, how long and how frequently you want to follow up and don't give up. Its been now for years with me.
