I actually made two orders. The first was several samples. It took several days to ship, but it's my impression that they had to gather the single handles from 3 different manufacturers then ship them to me. (Some other on-line kitchen hardware places charge their full minimum shipping price for every manufacturer you order from, so it would have been like $7.95 shipping on each knob. From eKnobs it was just one shipping charge.)

The second order I placed, larger and from only 1 manufacturer arrived very soon, even before I was expecting it. In both orders, everything was packed in bubble wrap and would have been fine if abused in transit.

They do have a sample program if, like me, you want to look at some hardware in person before committing. You have to ore 25 pieces in your second order to get credit for the sample order, tho. Check the website for details.

So, yeah. I think they're fine. I had no problems at all. No scam or anything, and decent prices. I know because I shopped around a lot trying to find the hardware I wanted. I didn't have any contact with customer service so I can't speak to that."
