"I ordered a birthday gift for my grandaughter and recieved a confirmation from elearningtoys.com on the same day. My credit card was charged on the same day.The birthday passed with no delivery. After numerous unreturned phone calls and emails , I finally recieved an email from Anne Yates stating they had no copy or record of the order. I sent 4 emails with the information that day and now, 5days later, no response.elearningtoys.com has provided the very WORST online purchase experience I have had. They simple ignore me, the customer, and refuse to communicate at all.It makes me sick that 3 weeks after the order,confirmation, and payment, they won't communicate with me."
