"I ordered a birthday gift for my grandaughter and recieved a confirmation from elearningtoys.com on the same day. My credit card was charged on the same day.The birthday passed with no delivery. After numerous unreturned phone calls and emails , I finally recieved an email from Anne Yates stating they had no copy or record of the order. I sent 4 emails with the information that day and now, 5days later, no response.elearningtoys.com has provided the very WORST online purchase experience I have had. They simple ignore me, the customer, and refuse to communicate at all.It makes me sick that 3 weeks after the order,confirmation, and payment, they won't communicate with me."

"Buyer beware! My credit card was charged but the order never shipped and there were no responses to several e-mails I sent to customer service. No phone number was available from the site and the one given to my credit card company was not elearningtoys'. "

"I have e-mailed this company 3 times wanting to know where my order was. I never received a reply. I ordered on 11/16 and it is now 12/14 and I am know stuck finding something at the last minute. I call the number and it has been busy for 2 days.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

"Absolutely awful. Ordered 4 Cmas presents on 12/2, on 12/10 they finally tell me they cant fulfill, say I wasn't charged. I was charged for $104.00 and they still haven't credited refund. I had to hustle for replacement gifts and now I'm contending charges. Swell company!"
