"Absolutely the worst! After ordering 6 light LED light bulbs the finally came. There were not what I expected from the photos on the web site. I called to get an RMA number. I gladly paid for priority mail with insurance back to the company. After paying 56.00 for the bulbs the returned payment to my credit card minus 18.50. When I called and asked why? The girl said it's a re-stocking fee. When you call in you listen to a recording tell you how there main goal is "Customer Service" What a joke. I will never purchase anything from them again. "

"The trees are beautiful and extremely well constructed. However, if you are ordering the tree based on the color of the tree shown in the picture, be aware the color shown is NOT the true color. The restocking fee is absurdly overpriced at over 20% of the cost. And the cost to return the tree is expensive. Shame on me for not reading the fine print, but I would not buy this product without seeing it first. So much for internet shopping.... By the way, if you decide otherwise because the trees are beautiful, DO NOT buy the tree on Amazon. You'll pay more - a lot more - if you do."
