"BUYER BEWARE!! Elightbulbs charges an outrageous 20% restocking fee. I placed an order for some snowy lit branches. When they arrived, I could see through the window in the box that they looked like branches with confectioners sugar sprinkled on them. I never opened the box. I returned the order and was charged 20%. I've never been charged such a fee from any other company. There are many other online sources for lightbulbs."

"This company is absolutely horrible. I order 25 bulks for my home office where they were showing all in stock. After requesting when the material was getting delivered they could not tell me when for 2/3 of my order. They are also not willing to accept a partical delivery unless I would pay cost and freight twice. The order was from 12/11/2011 and the ETA for delivery is 02/17/2012. However this is only and estimate. I don't know if they ever deliver, but this service does suck."
