"eLightBulbs is great. I recently ordered some reading glasses with LED lights. The switch on one side was left in the "ON" position during packaging and the batteries were dead on that side. I wasn't going to complain, but when I received a request for a review of my purchase, I let them know there was an issue. An eLightBulbs representative was on the phone with me almost immediately and took care of my issue very quickly. I thought customer service was dead, but not at eLightBulbs. What a nice surprise. "
