"I bought a lighter as a wedding gift for my fiance and had his monogram engraved. The engraving was not done well. The engraving is not evenly engraved and therefore varies in color. Elighters only offered to replace with an unengraved version of the same product. If I didn't want the lighter personalized, I wouldn't have gotten it personalized. I am extremely disappointed with the product, the workmanship and the customer service. I do not recommend that anyone shop with Elighters or purchase this product."

" Ordered a lighter @ 9:45am PST on March 1, 2012 and paid for FEDEx overnight shipping. I was expecting it to be delivered on March 2nd but was notified I won't recieve it until March 5th.
If I had known I would not have ordered it as I am leaving town on March 3rd for one month. "
