"Terrible service. I ordered the ST Dupont Large Line 1 Silver Plate Diamond Pattern lighter for a good friend's 40th birthday on November 7th. When I still had not received my lighter by November 20th, I called their customer service line and they had no record of my order. Turns out ELighters cancelled my order without informing me. I received a confirmation email informing me that the order was on its way but no notification telling me that my order had been cancelled. I left for my friend's birthday party in Asia, unfortunately, empty handed. Upon my return from Asia I received an email from Elighters informing me of the cancellation, 21 days after my original order. I wrote an email expressing my frustration with their customer service but I have yet to receive a reply from them. Consequently, I will NEVER order from Elighters again and have ordered from another website."
