"I purchased a lighter and cigar cutter gift pack and as soon as I received it I wrapped it up because I was going to give it as a gift. When I needed to return the item because I ended up not going to the party they returned it back to me saying it was scratched. I never took it out of the box. They sent this item to me like this and would not take it back. Whoever sent it to me in the first place should have noticed the scratches. They also didn't secure the cutter down so it moved around in package during shipping which is probably how it got scratched. However it happened it was not my fault. I never took it out of box. I will NEVER do business with this company again. BEWARE"

If you are going to tell the story please don't leave out all of the information. See me being a consumer grants me that right to do that, but the best way for me to show you guys that there are better ways of handling your customers is for me not to spend anymore of my hard earned money with your company. I was not a satified customer you guys did mess up my order and then wanted to resell me the merchandise at a discounted price really.............please I've had better customer service at the DMV. Again Elighters not a good way to get return customers."
