"I purchased a few items from this online store, one of them being a cigar lighter. After receiving the lighter and trying to make it work I could not so I went back to this seller and trying to access Customer Service. I found out that the only Customer Service that they provide is access to their website to provide user with useless instructions or an email stating that I could send the item in for service which I would have to pay for, this would be acceptable if the product in question worked in the first place. Since the item never worked, I am beyond frustrated and vow to NEVER purchase from eLighters and STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS TO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Go to another store, you will be happier.

Elighters did respond with their same policy of I can pay to fix a defective product. Go to another vendor that stands behind their products.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE, shop elsewhere at a site that will stand behind their products, such as Cigars.com. It would be different if I did not travel every week and had more time to make sure I could get their product to work. I guess I felt that since it never worked they would stand behind their product. Seriously shop at another site, you will be happier. "
