"Do not buy products from eMicophones or SpeechRecognitionSolutions if you live outside the USA. They will send you a used or "open box" item and count on the high shipping fees to prevent a return. They will offer a 10% discount only if you complain. Turns out the 10% is their regular sale price given for all items in their email newsletter. So you get no compensation and have to use an "open box" product. I received the SpeechMatic USB MultiAdapter that was obviously used and had no warranty slip in it. I live in Canada and buy many products from the USA. This merchant should not be on your list. Now I know why Amazon is taking over all retail, Amazon would have protected me from such a dishonest practice."
