"Best to avoid this company. The process was slow from the beginning. The packing slip showed an item as shipped that was not shipped. enailsupply.com confirmed via email that the missing item would ship soon. It's been over a month and the item still has not shipped. Nor have they returned any of the three emails I've sent since then to get an explanation. Very poor customer service. "

"If only I had read the reviews....ordered product, received wrong product. Their mistake. Then, I discovered I also had erred in ordering product, my mistake. Figured it was an easy correction. Sent received product back and had to suck up the $12.00 priority mail shipping. It has been over a month and still no product. This morning, original cost was credited back to CC. Can't reach anyone by phone. Emails have been answered, eventually. I also had a fraudulent purchase made in NJ and charged to my CC. There may be a connection here. Will never purchase from this company ever again. "

"DO NOT SHOP HERE! DO NOT SHOP HERE! DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased from this company in early December. They sent me the wrong item. They also do not take returns even though the items were unopened. I paid for the "China Glaze Capitol Colours – The Hunger Games Collection Counter Display 12-pc." and did not receive the counter display. They also have failed to respond to my emails for several days and I don't think they will. Their shipping takes unreasonably long, my order arrived almost a week late. I find it very strange that a company will not correct their mistake. I will never purchase from this company again; nor do I want anything to do with them again.

"BEWARE! I placed an order online with enailsupply.com and I was surprised when I received an email saying they couldn't get my credit card authorized. Knowing that the card was fine, I immediatelly called my credit card company who informed me that enailsupply had charged the order to me a total of FIVE TIMES! The first charge went through, and of course with the multiple chargings, my card eventually was maxed out. THEN they REFUSED TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO WORK IT OUT! So I had to put the call through on 3 way. When I finally got the credit card mess taken care of (no thanks to enailsupply). The manager of enailsupply then proceeded to tell me that since it had taken so long for the order issues to be worked out, the discount they originally gave me was no longer valid. So they tried to charge me even more! Ridiculous! When I explained to him (yes, he actually needed this explained to him!) that they should be giving me an apology instead of trying to jack up the price after all the headache they had already put me through, the idiot actually started to argue with me. I told him that he shouldn't argue with a customer, especially after all the mistakes they made. I then told him that I was done and no longer wanted the order. Nail polish stores are a dime a dozen. It took me all of 5 seconds to find a new supplier on Google with cheaper prices and better customer service. "

"very unhappy i ordered the babyliss BABHS40on the 4th of march. it said i would get it in 8 buisness days and it did not get here until the 16th. when it did get here it was the Babyliss BABHS30 very disapointed i was really excited to use what i ordered now i have to wait and see if they will pay for the return shipping and send me what i wanted."

"I will not ever order from this company again! I was so excited by the variety of products and they even had really old collections! But it has been 2 weeks and they still have yet to ship my package! They clam there is some sort of a back order... But they should not have let me purchase it then. If they didn't have it, I would have ordered it from someone else. This is ridiculous. They can't even give me an estimation on when I will be getting my stuff. Bad service!"

"I shop from online retailers DAILY! This has been my worst online retail experience ever. Buy from Amazon or EBay retailers, they support their customers, ENailSupply does not!!!

30 days passed from the date I placed my order and I have received no product associated with this order.

My original order was placed on January 15th and I have yet to receive any product. There is insurance associated with this order.

I have been quite patient during this process.

1) My order was backordered and I wasn't told until I emailed for information.

2) I had to email to have money returned to my card because an item from my order was not available and was not being included in the order shipped (but never received) to me.

3) I waited 2 weeks for the post office, which their own website states can be unreliable, to return a package to you that I NEVER RECEIVED.

This is not a return. Now they are trying to charge me for shipping for a package that I never received and that had insurance through their shipping options.

Moreover, ACCORDING TO THE NOTE ENAILSUPPLY LEFT ON GOOGLE CHECKOUT, THE ADDRESS SUPPLIED IS NOT INCORRECT!!! GOOGLE CHECKOUT HAS THE CORRECT ADDRESS. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR POOR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT NOR THE USPS. I HAVE MADE OTHER PURCHASES THROUGH GOOGLE CHECKOUT AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE.
