"bought a cellphone with the specs, 5MP camera, gps reciever, and could do dutch, the camera only does 2MP, gps does not work and can´t do dutch.
Send the phone back for a refund, all they do is complain about some scratches and dust on the phone, no money back, then they offer to fix the phone, but they can´t fix it and will not replace it, all they will do is sent the phone back, not working the way it was sold. Don´t buy anything here, they promise a year warranty but do nothing in stead"

"My experience with ePath China has been that they are ethically challenged, to say the least. They advertised a cellphone on their website (model EPC MCP479) as being a quadband phone, capable of working in both North America and China. When I took the phone to North America, I very quickly found out that it was a dual-band phone that would NOT work there. Their customer service just gave me a hard time, asking me to PROVE that it was not a quadband phone (even though the box said in Chinese characters that it was a dualband phone), reluctantly sending me another phone (same model, same problem). Finally, after nearly a year of this nonsense, I asked them to send me an equal value in memory sticks -- they sent me two 2-gig memory sticks which didn't work properly, supposedly worth the value of the phone. This is an excellent company to AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH, unless you enjoy getting ripped off!"

"In the beginning (2010) I was happy with using ePathChina, but now this year the service isn't so good anymore.
I do drop shipping and advertise their products.
They just start ignoring my emails and if I get a reply they tell 'please be patient' and 'thanks for understanding' what is not helpful at all.
- They don't answer on product questions
- Faulty product they send back to the customer never received.
- They give an option to ship via Aramex, than tell me they can't and just post it via Hongkong mail and I paid allot more for the courier.
- It takes sometimes a week for I receive a tracking number. I always must ask and then I receive an email with please be patient.
- Ignore emails about broken products that customers receive and leave me with all the problems.
_ send the wrong products that was advertised and expect me to send it back on my costs..

On the moment I am not happy at all and thinking of taking off all the products I advertise and use my other supplier who instantly respond back.

"ePathChina is a SCAM company do not use. Avoid ePathChina. They are a scam company. Do not believe their terms of trade or their refunds or return policy. They themselves do not adhere to it. I have stopped using their company and have complained to Paypal and western Union about their fraudulent trading. Please be warned. They supply substandard products. I bought a product for a customer in November 2010. The item was faulty and was returned to ePathchina. They promised to send a new replacement They didnt. They promised a refund. They didnt. They wanted to deduct 20% for some unfathomable reason. They have stopped replying to my emails. So I have no product but they have my money. I have lost my money. This company has no ethics. I will never use them again. I will give you more details should you wish but avoid at all costs. The positive reviews here must be from ePathchina staff. Do not be fooled by them. Don't risk your money. I am so dissatisfied with their service, especially with Connie. Avoid, their refund policy is fictional.

"epathchina SCAM are criminals selling garbage, especially on their cell phones. They will never honor their 30 day refund policy or send you a working item that lasts more than 2 days. Then even when you show them the item is defective they insist it's fine and never shipped me back a working phone or refunded me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Now after ignoring me months of me begging them to ship me a working cell phone, they tell me they will and email me a FAKE tracking # just to get me to delete my post here!!! They seem to lie non stop without any shame! Also all the so called GOOD reviews of this company on this page is from Chinese people who work there. The most notorious one calls him Connie and is the one that has been playing games with me from the start. They claim to be a MEGA Shipping company with so many customers but cant REFUND me as per there own 30 day guarantee! My guess is its just this one guy in a storage warehouse reselling GARAGE to fools who trust them. He actually thought I'd delete my review here without receiving anything in my hand that works!!??? Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice??? I dont think so. This is the lie tracking # they provide me RB201099801HK, which when looked up is not found!!! What an idiot I was to trust them. Paypal will not fight them since I didnt go through EBAY can you believe this? They should tell you that before you buy from them not after! SCAM ARTISTS!!!"

"i purchased what was supposed to be a motorized car dvd player. only the screen will not open. it starts off, then gets stuck. when i contacted epathchina, their first suggestion was to have it repaired. i asked why i was being asked to repair a new unit. I still think they were trying to find a way to void the warranty in that if i had someone interfere in it, they would have the perfect excuse. eventually i was asked to return it. bearing in mind that i paid almost $100 to have it shipped, i told them i wasnt about to pay that amount to send it back, then again for then to return it to me especially since i no longer trusted them or the item. all of these costs would far exceed the price of the item so i would throw it away and cut my losses. BE CAREFUL BUYERS, THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS, WISH SOMEONE HAD TOLD ME BEFORE I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY."

"They sell fake items that may or may not work, will claim to give you a refund but wont. They know the items are fake and will tell you so if asked. The best recourse is the credit card company--not PayPal. If they ask you to ship it back and they will cover the shipping cost DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will renegade on their written promise, and you will have no recourse on that--unless you want to fight it in some Chinese court. I originally said that (1) I would ship one less item or (2) have them email me a prepaid shipping label, but they said again and again that the shipping cost will be refunded. I had no use for their junk so sent it all back. Your maximum recourse is the amount originally charged on the card."
