"Buyer beware! Terrible customer service. My order was accepted and my payment account was charged. Never received a confirmation of shipment and after a week when I checked their web site for order status, no status or tracking info was displayed. The seller did not respond to my email and I was unable to contact them by phone. I had to open a dispute with my financial institution to resolve the issue. Only after opening the dispute did the seller respond, saying they were "unable to fulfill my order at this time" and refunded my money."
