"I called on 2/23/2024 and asked if they had a part in stock. They said yes, so I ordered the part, and they charged $11 for 3 to 5-day shipping. 03/28/2024 I called to see where the part was. The woman on the phone said the part was N/A in their system. She couldn't tell us when the part would be back in stock or when we could get it, so we asked her to call Milwaukee. she refused to call and said they would give her no more information than what her computer said. After 10 minutes of trying to find out when I could get my part, I hung up with her and called Milwaukee, and they told me very quickly they had them in stock and to call 1800SAWDUST. I called, and it already shipped and will be here this week.
1. they lied and said it was in stock
2. charged me $11 for 3 to 5-day shipping (Never shipped)
3. refused to call and find out any information about the availability for the part.
4. they would not have lost my business if they just called Milwaukee instead of me calling and finding the part myself. "

"When searching for my parts, several other parts sites listed them as back-ordered. eReplacement Parts showed them in stock, so I ordered from them. A little over two months later, my parts finally shipped. I guess they weren't in stock after all. But they did fit well and work well."

"Here’s the deal:
PROS: E Replacement Parts has everything. Some items are hard to come by anywhere else. Their schematics are very simple to read and helpful.
CONS: I ordered 2 small bearings and slider for a fishing reel, but only ONE delivery option was available (3-5 business days - economy) with a price tag equivalent to 78% of the parts total. Second, the site says parts ship within 7-12 business days. It took 30 business days for my parts to arrive. Last, my order was incorrect. I received 1 bearing, 1 slider, and 1 tiny O-ring. I am especially irritated because the O-ring cost 1/10 of the bearing meaning the shipping now cost me more than the parts delivered.
I’m not saying to not use ERP, just don’t expect top notch service for that top notch price tag. I personally won’t be back. "

"Found the parts online and ordered them. Immediately charged for parts and shipping. Confirmation email was received saying parts were to arrive in 3 - 5 business days. Also email saying he parts are not returnable and no refunds. Well then the waiting game. After several days, I sent an email to ask about the parts. No response. So I sent several more emails and still no response to this day. Evidently their business is only open about one or two days a month since the parts finally showed up a few months later. Only to be the wrong part in the bag (nothing like the part I looked at and ordered).

"Mixed review. I initially ordered the parts, and dummy me, thought that those parts on hand would be sent immediately. Wrong. Because one item was unavailable, all parts were being held but no notification was sent of this delay. Once I discovered this, I called, cancelled the one part on backorder, and received the order a few days later. Correspondence would have been appropriate and valued. I hope they react to this review and make appropriate changes.
