"Purchased a replacement shoulder bag for a B&D blower-vacuum combination. Bag arrived in short order,but then the problems started. The bag blew out its top seam after only 3 uses. I had not had the bag to 2 weeks. Wrote the company about the problem and had a hard time explaining what had happened. Once they final opens my email with photos, they acknowledged there was a problem. Next email I received stated I could return the " incorrect item". I wrote back and told them it was not an incorrect item but the item was damaged. Apparently no one was reading my email. When they finally sent another email they understood it was a damaged item. That's when they told me I could return the bag for a replacement or refund. No acknowledgement however that they would cover the cost of shipping to or from their location. I don't expect to pay shipping charges for a defective problem. Guess I will try to repair myself and never do business with this company again"

"My plastic top to my food processor cracked and pieces broke off— wasn’t able to superglue it back together. Luckily the broken part had the part number clearly printed on it so I didn’t need to hunt for a manual or go online to find what I need. Very easy to sign up and order my part. "According to your app I needed a 5140128-39 for my Dewalt DCV581H.
I ordered three of them and it is not right.
the stud holes on these are 1-1/4” apart and the part I need is 1-3/4” apart. So which one do I actually Need.
How do I get the right ones.
Actually the list shows two parts for this vacuum. A 5140128-63 for the left housing and the one I ordered for the right housing. But in actuality they are both identical on the vacuum I have.
Might want to correct you parts list.
Also neither one of these part numbers is correct. I have tried them both on my vacuum and neither one worked.
