"The replacement ceramic bowl for my 2.5 fits my 2.5 q crockpot but must be slightly talker because now the lid won’t close securely. If I snap one side closed the other side pops up. This must be due to the pot size being slightly bigger than the original. That said the cost with shipping almost cost as much as a new crockpot but the ease of ordering and time I received the product was very efficient. So the customer service was very good. "

Out of desperation, we requested it be left at a branch so we could pickup - which is very inconvenient for a small business.

"I needed a part for a food processor. I gave the Model number and saw what looked like the correct part. However, it was similar but did not fit. The information must have been wrong or incomplete. When I called the company, they did not know what happened and had no alternative. They did give me the phone number of the manufacturer whom I called. They sent the correct part. I sent the part back; I'm still waiting for a refund after two weeks. (I had to pay shipping.)
More frustrating was I put in my original search routine the model and manufacturer and ereplacementparts came up on top. So, I figured it would have the correct part. NADA. Bottom line: go with the original manufacturer. "

"Parts did not fit and no one ever responded to my emails or support inquiries. They did hound me for days to leave this review, so here you go. I would not purchase from here again as I am stuck with about $40 of parts that I cannot use and no mechanism that works to get support.
Further, when I first started my inquiry for support my order was listed and could be found. After the third attempt it was no longer listed and the system could not find my order. "

"...with eReplacementParts.com. This was my go-to online provider for parts for all the good reasons anyone would choose an online retailer. And judging by the amount of poor comments in the last few months, some folks at this company have seriously dropped the ball. Apparently they are in the middle of restructuring their warehouse location(s) and that is the reason given for the issues at hand.
Except mine was a drop order from Echo ...or at least it was presented as such. I ordered and paid for 6 items for some Echo equipment I have. The order was placed 1/11/24. Almost a month later I have yet to receive the parts nor any updates on shipping. In a phone call to eReplacement.com (2/2/24) about the status of my order, I discovered they were holding *FIVE* of the six items I ordered until one back-ordered part comes in ...which would not be in for at least another week ...maybe. Because of this inane policy, I cannot repair one of the two pieces of down equipment. I suspect this is all about eReplacementParts having pay out additional shipping charges for the back-ordered part. I can't see any sane reason why a paying customer should have to wait on one back ordered part to receive the rest of their paid for order. In speaking with the rep, she offered NOTHING to address my issues. In fact she spoke very little; showed *ZERO* concern and I had to ask, repeatedly, if she was still there on the phone with me.
Adding insult to injury, I can no longer access my online account with them; the feedback I receive says my password or email is bad and I know that is not correct. Attempts to update my password do not result in getting the email link in order to do it; I've tried multiple times on multiple days. And no, it doesn't show up in my spam or trash or even on the web page for my email provider; it just doesn't show up.
It pains me to have to say this because this used to be a really good company: if you are looking at using these folks for ordering repair parts, STAY CLEAR of eReplacementParts.com. Maybe they can get their once good reputation back, IDK, but right now they are the perfect example of a totally mismanaged e-retailer ...taking your money and not really caring about or addressing the customers concerns. I cancelled my order and I won't be back. "
