"I've used them before and always had good results. However this time around the part never arrived. Tracking says its stuck in shipping somewhere, at the same place for weeks, but they have done nothing to assist in finding the part or getting me a refund. The part is obviously lost in shipping, for a couple of weeks now, but they seem to have washed their hands of the situation. Due to lack of response I had to purchase the part from another company so I believe a refund would be appropriate."

"I ordered a crumb tray for my toaster oven because my current one needed to be replaced. When I opened the package, the one I received had more marks on it than the one I was looking to replace!! I called and they said no agents were available so I emailed with no response. My follow up also didn't receive a response. I paid $16 to ship a $3 part because I assumed it would be new. BEWARE....you might not get what you think you are buying. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. "

"I was under the impression that the 9 to 12 business days meant that the parts would be in my hands within that length of time. Instead, it was almost a month from the time I ordered the part until I received it. The part seems to have cured my problem and was not terribly hard to install ."

"I was promised to have part delivered in 3 to 4 days and I had paid extra for the shipping on the item. I received the part on the 6th day. I had found the part i needed and drove 120 miles to get it since my shipment didn’t get to me like their order page said. I called and cancelled my order on the fifth day and asked to return this part back. It was not an easy process to do. It started out I was going to have to pay for shipping to return the part even though it didn’t come in the 3 to 4 days promised. I was told by customer service it was due to the USPS running behind. But if you pay for that shipping and it doesn’t show up in that time frame why should the customer be held responsible for the shipping back. The website doesn’t say post office is running behind how is the customer to know this during the the time they order the part. Then I called customer service and talked to a very rude male that every time I asked for a supervisor all he would say “is they are going to tell you the same thing I did” I asked numerous times until I finally told him if he didn’t let me talk to one I would hang up and call back to request to talk to one. Finally after many hours of wasted time with him I got to talk to supervisor. She was very professional and took the time to listen to why I was upset. She solved the problem and needs to be thanked on how to help customers. Customer service is gone in the work place it’s all about making the big dollar. If you lose customers those big dollars get smaller. The guy I talked to that was so rude needs to retrained or written up. Thank You "
