I waited months to get my locks only to learn they are not in stock (despite what the website said at the time of order). I was then given the manufacturers phone to inquire. The manufacturer told me I could get a different lock for my toolbox and gave me the part number. eReplacement Parts said they were out of stock. I called the manufacturer again and they recommended another lock that eReplacement did have in stock. I speak to a eReplacement rep and order them. She said they didn't come with keys and that I'd have to order them elsewhere. I spent $40 on keys (with shipping) only to receive the locks WITH keys. The staff want to be helpful, but that is irrelevant ultimately. At least I finally got the what I needed."

"I tried to reach out via phone on multiple occasions to find answers to questions about the product I was trying to order the parts for in order to feel confident that I had identified it correctly. After two phone calls and more than an hour of collective time on hold with no answer during their posted business hours, I gave up. Then I tried to reach out via email to the customer service email and did that twice also to no response from this company. I was finally able to get the answers I needed from an online forum unaffiliated with ereplacementparts and after confirming through a secondary source, I felt confident that I had identified the correct part numbers that I would need to fix my item. Once I placed the order I even sent a follow up to ereplacementparts to let them know of my experience hoping to at least get a response, but I didn’t even get a response then either. After this experience, I wasn’t particularly confident in the parts, but when they arrived they were correct and I have completed my repairs. So if you know exactly what parts you will need, you should feel confident ordering from them; but if you need their customer service at all you are probably out of luck and I would look elsewhere. The unfortunate thing is they were one of only two suppliers for the parts that I needed and they did have the best descriptions and had pictures to try to help identify the items for my repair."
