"I ordered a replacement crockpot lid and they sent me a plastic blender jar. I called and the rep said he could order a replacement for me on the phone and send me an RMA return label for the jar. I never received the return label so I sent them several emails requesting it. I was told I had to wait 30 days for the warehouse to decide if they wanted it back or not. If not, they would credit my account after 30 days, if not issue the RMA return label to ship it back. I sent them a not-so-nice email and they promptly sent me the RMA return label. I sent the product back the same day and STILL don't have my money back for the wrong part. It was their error and should have credited immediately and asked me to return the jar. I did get my lid but as it stands, I've paid double ($60) for it. THEN they ask me for my rating..... so here you go. ONE STAR.
UPDATE: One day after posting this review I received the email stating my refund was on the way. Hmmmm... Coincidental? Maybe."

Just before your part came in, the first one came in and we needed it so badly we used that part. But never again will we order from anywhere but here. "I ordered a couple replacement parts and they came on time no issues; however, I realized I needed more parts and upon ordering the I am still waiting to receive after half a month. Any time I attempt to call or email customer support I am never able to get through to talk to anyone. If this isn't resolved soon I will not be coming back here to order more parts"
