Mr Coffee Brew Basket

"I was sent a part that did work with my Mr. Coffee. The shipping was very high for a plastic piece. To send it back wasn't worth it.
The number below was on the receipt that came with the brew basket. that's all I have for a invoice. I must have deleted the email. I wasn't happy not getting the right part. they don't even have it I was told by phone.

completely ridiculous wait times for shipping

"I ordered my parts and nowhere on the website did it say anything about 12 business days for processing and shipping. The website says will be shipped in 2 to 3 days. I waited over a month and the parts never got shipped and all you guys could do is make up excuses for why they were not shipped yet. I canceled the order and ordered off another site and received my parts in 3 days. I will never use ereplacementparts.com ever again. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with and the lies that I was told about the part being on backorder when several other sites had them available. Do better."

wrong part.

"I received the wrong part and am waiting on the correct one. The claims department started a review with the warehouse department. I have sent pictures of wrong part ,they know the part that I ordered but still need an investigation. Now they want me to ship wrong part .I just want the parts that I ordered and paid for .

Fast delivery, good correspondence, but very slow refund on returned items.

"I ordered a part for my lawn tractor but unfortunately it was the wrong one. The part came super-fast and when I spoke to a rep about the return, she was very helpful and sent me a return label and shipping label. Unfortunately, I haven't received credit for it yet. The returned part was received by them on April 23rd and today is May 5th. I think 13 days and counting is an unreasonable length of time to issue a credit. I'm hoping to have the credit issued soon. "

Wrong part

"Ordered handle assembly 30 bucks for my Cordless super hawg and then it was back ordered 3 months and you guys don’t say anything when purchasing… then it finally shows up and it’s a different handle then what my tool needs… took the tool apart only to find out it won’t work so I put it back together with old parts and now the drill doesn’t work so I have to send it in to Milwaukee and dang near pay same price for a new drill when a 30 dollar part should of fixed it… overall a terrible experience."

Worst company ever

"I never received my order, I cannot get in contact with anyone except a robot that gives me unusable information. You can send an email to ****@**** but you just get an automatic response with links that are not relevant for my case.

I placed my order 11th February 2024, the order was supposedly shipped 16th April 2024.

The order shipped after more than 2 months and now the parcel is just gone missing somewhere, and there is no one you can contact.

Do not shop here, it seems to be a scam.
