"I had bought another Havana rug before same size as well. I was happy with the rug as it was fluffy and soft.
I changed the colors in my living room and decided to purchase the Havana multi color. Same size as the blue Havana rug I purchased less than a year ago.
Not only the rug was much thinner than the original one I bought from them, but it was about an inch or 2 smaller all around.
I think their supplier is using cheaper materials.
I am so disappointed and won’t return the rug because I am sure this will be a hassle for me. I regret buying it
