"To be honest I didn't like the way the rug came folded in accordion style and it had a distinct chemical odor but they addressed these issues and gave me a $50 refund for my trouble. I was ready to sell it, even though I liked the design but using their suggestions, I sprinkled with baking soda and it took care of the smell, still working on getting the creases out but I know in time that will improve also.
