"I ordered 3 rugs. Two of the rugs were perfect. The third rug came and had a strange odor. They are identical rugs but different sizes. I worked with customer service and they immediately shipped out a replacement. The new rug arrived with the same issue. I am certain it's the lot of just these rugs as the other two are amazing.

The customer service rep was so responsive. She sent labels and I am able to send it right back.

This just doesn't happen anymore. Needless to say, I will be in search of another complimentary rug from E-rugs. I know they don't manufacture the rug and I am certain I will find another that will work.
