"Our company placed an order on 08/14/20 for a Colorq refill reagent pak. Earlier this month I reached out to find out the status of the order as we never received a notification it was shipped. A response was given with a tracking number and shipping address (which was correct). When I checked the tracking number it shows that the order was picked up from the post office, but we did not pick it up. I contacted eseasongear requesting who was the person on file that picked it up as it was not picked up by us. They initially responded with a description of the package and to check again, I persisted we didn't pick it up and they responded just to check with our local post office. We did and the package was held at the post office for over a month before being picked up by another company and therefore considered lost as no other information was given to us. I requested another be sent and they told me to contact paypal for help. I've contacted paypal and now eseasongear is only giving the tracking number and no other help. I have to go through paypal to get a refund with very little help or response from this vendor. We will no longer do business with them due to their poor customer service (their email response pasted below).

Contacted customer support and they replied quickly advising it was a mistake and they would refund the money, which they have done already. Good responsiveness.

"I ordered a VibraLITE MINI 12 alarm watch. They had the best price on the internet $35.99 and free shipping. The watch was carefully and beautifully packaged and it's brand new, not used or broken like some of the other reviews here have stated. The only issue I had with eSeasonGear is that they never answered or returned my phone call when I became worried that it wasn't going to arrive (it arrived the next day). It appears to have been the fault of USPS and not eSeasonGear that the shipping took 12 days from Georgia to Florida. It should have taken 5 - 7 days at the most since they shipped it the day after I ordered it. Again, it's not the company's fault, because they processed and shipped it immediately including a tracking number. I am happy with the product and the price. "

But instead of using the address I provided on the order form or the current address on my Paypal account, eSeasonGear sent it to my old address, all the way on the other side of the country. I paid $3.99 for expedited shipping and now it has been over a week! Why on earth wouldn't they contact me if there was a discrepancy with the address?!
When I contacted eSeasonGear about the wrong address, I got very short responses. They never offered to fix anything. These people do not care about you or your business. "waited 2 weeks for some o rings for an auto doser paid in full and paid for 2-3 days shipping that was on the 15 now the 29th and been sending emails and phone calls to answering machines but no reply paypal told me i was on my own so don't expect them to help in the case. I would be very skeptical of this place. I see everyone has good stuff to say but my experience with them has been a lose of money and time.
