"Purchased a Metal Gear Solid FOXHOUND messenger bag from the eToyer booth at Denver Comic Con and the strap broke within about two hours. Asked if I could either get a replacement strap, exchange for another bag, or have a refund. Was told it was physical damage and was used now. Well, duh, it was physical damage. Not saying otherwise. But the thing broke within a couple of hours, I did nothing more than wear it over my shoulder with a pocketbook, some tissue, and lip gloss in it, and all I wanted was a replacement product. Was then told (and asked the owner to confirm this, which he did) that even if any item he had sold me had broken within ONE MINUTE OF PURCHASE, he would not return or exchange it. But I could get a discount if I wanted to buy something else! Hah, not a chance, pal, and if this review keeps even one person from falling victim to your crappy service, I did something worthwhile in writing it. I will buy a replacement strap for the bag elsewhere, because I really like the bag. eToyer has GARBAGE customer service. ONE STAR IS FAR TOO GENEROUS."
"Very disappointing experience, I bought an action figure from them and it arrived with BOTH of its legs broken off. In addition, the return policies are written rather rude and forbid me from exchanging/refunding the item if it's already been opened "NO EXCEPTIONS". Now how was I supposed to know the product was defective until I opened it and took a look at the goods?
I won't be shopping here again, nor would I suggest them. Look elsewhere."
"BEWARE!!!! HORRIBLE SELLER!!! Buy at your own risk!
Purchased on Mar.2,08, transaction went through, this company then told me the credit card didn't go through, but i looked at my statement it's there! so refunded, and re-submit the payment.
that's not the end!
This is a limited edition Cloud Strife 1/4 figure that i bought, paid $384.95US for that PLUS custom taxes of course, which adds up to $400+. So, received this item, then when i open it, the leg is BROKEN.
I emailed seller, sorry they said they can't do anything. then i said there's insurance, they told me TWO times to go to my post office and get a claim, and stupid enough i listened to them and went to my local post office 2 times, both the clerk and canadapost' hotline told me this is ridiculous, coz it's shipped from USPS, why get claims from them!? so after 20+ emails back and forth with this HORRIBLE company, they said USPS will mail me a damage report, once i filled out, they will give me back the "claim", but guess what?! the said it was sent on April 2 and would take 2-3 business days, today is April 22 and NO reports watsoever... they just lied about it! sorry, that's not the end, USPS won't give me the claim because it's not broken intransit, the item, after experts investigation, is damaged before it's shipped.
who to be blamed then?! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS company! their other name is Yesanimation. so BEWARE! "
