"I ordered and paid for Windows Office for Macs but had to ask where the download was when I did not receive an email the same day. I have been at this for two days now and still do not have my product activated. A tech did send me a link finally and a key. I downloaded the program but then got an error message stating that the key had already been used too many times -- on my first try. When I contacted the tech by email she said to send a screen shot of the error message. In trying to get back to the error message (I had shut down to attend a meeting), I inadvertently downloaded the program again! So now I have two sets of Windows Office icons on my toolbar and probably two installs taking up space on my hard drive. I did send the tech the screen shot and asked for a call back today to complete this process and clean up the extra programming and icons. No one called. I called her phone number and got voice mail. I left a message on her voice mail and have not yet been contacted. Tomorrow is Friday and your techs only work until 5 pm Mountain Time weekdays. If this is not settled by close of business tomorrow, i will be forced to contact my credit card company and file a complaint and request for a refund so that I may go to another vendor to get this product."
