Unfortunately at the time I was installing the software was not during normal business hours for customer service and therefore could not speak directly with someone to help resolve my problem. However, upon sending an email I promptly received the right key code. Just very aggravating situation and waste of over two hours of my time trying to install something when I wasn't given the correct key code the first time."
