"The experience was terrible, I don't think I would purchase software from your company in the future, and would not recommend you to others. Reasons are the following:

1. Purchased a download and could not immediately download
2. I purchased the software at 8:15 AM
3. I did not get my download link from you until 11:16
4. 3 hours to get an email from you is way to long, this should only take seconds.
5. I put a call into customer support at 8:30 and did not hear from you guys until 1:00 PM, 4.5 hour later

Once the customer support rep got on the line I let her know that this took way to long and her response was "Well our website informs you that it will not be immediate" I let her know that I do NOT see a specific notification that informed me of that or I would NOT have purchased the software. She then said, "well it does say that";. I let her know that my constructive criticism of the site was that it should allow you to down load immediately or alert you clearly in a pop up window. In the end the entire experience was a bust and your customer support rep pushed it over the edge"

"My experience: I ordered a version of Windows 7 listed as OEM at a very good price. It arrived on a CD stating that it was only for Dell computers (mine is Toshiba) and at the end of the install process complained that files were missing. I requested an RMA by email; when I received no reply, I tried again. A few weeks went by, then I remembered that my 30-day return period would expire soon, so I tried a third time. This time I got voicemail on my home phone, saying my return period would expire the next day and they had not received any earlier emails. The number that was left was hard to make out, but I looked it up online, and the extension I'd been given matched a real person. Who was, unfortunately, not answering. I left voicemail and tried back a couple of hours later, after another email, all to the same effect. I have yet to speak live to or receive email from this company. If this is resolved, I will re-review and let you all know the outcome."
