"This is the first order I have placed with this company, but it won't be my last. I was please with every aspect of the process. I ordered a copy of Windows 8, and they were the cheapest I could find. I placed the order late in the afternoon, and when I placed the order the credit card I used was billed to my summer home, and I had it shipped to my winter home so the next morning they called me to verify (and they also called MasterCard) that this was a legitimate sale since the billing and shipping address were different. If every company did this there would be a lot less problems with identity theft. The next afternoon I received the software. I'm pleased with my purchase, and that hasn't been the case with the last couple online purchases."

"Please avoid this place. Really Bad experience! It's very disappointing to encounter, hands down, the worst customer service and near shady dealings I've experienced with this company. I wanted to let their customer service know that I had received the wrong item from them to correct their mistake. I wasn't concerned with a refund, although, it would have been a show of good faith. The first person I got didn't listen to my issue, told me I was wrong, and passed me to some other rude person, Katie, I think. She told me I was completely wrong and said, "stop talking, I want to talk," Then she hung up. Can you imagine this happening at Microsoft or Apple? So no one here was listening. The item I ordered was Windows 7. They sent me a Reinstallation dvd for a Dell computer. When I ordered the item, I called it in on the phone to make certain I explained what I was using it for and to make sure I was buying the correct item. Well that never happened and now my computer tells me, "your Windows 7 is not genuine. You have a counterfeit DVD." You'd think they would want to know. Would have been okay if they'd sent me the correct item. Just don't purchase anything here. I never go on these sites to complain, because most of the time I buy from reputable companies. Be Warned."
"Without question the worst customer service ever experienced in over 45 years as a consumer. Spoke with both Jennifer and Caty and was abruptly and rudely told there was absolutely nothing they can do for my request to re-send an email containing a product code for purchased software. Then I was given a variety of lies to include: there is no senior supervisor between the customer service person and the owner, they've purged all of their transactions, and their system doesn't keep records of emails sent (this despite having a record of my purchase to include my name and address). "
