"Revised review: Be aware of their $5 rebate offer to entice you into writing a review. When my order arrived, a note was included that stated they would give a $5 credit back to my credit card if I would give them a review on ResellerRatings. I did so and let them know the review was done and included the confirmation from ResellerRatings. I have sent two emails to their customer service and have never received a reply. So, I won't be doing business with them again. Just thought people should know. It's not a lot of money, but they shouldn't have offered it if they didn't intend to honor the rebate.
