"1. eValueSoftware had the best price on the internet!
2. I placed my order for Office 2010 Pro but eValue was out of stock so they upgraded the software to Office 2010 Pro Plus for no extra charge. I had the download about 1 hour later. Katie, the Customer service manager, sent very detailed installation instructions so that I might avoid trouble with the install. That never happened to me before!
3. I had a very difficult time with the installation so I emailed support for some assistance. Katie responded immediately emailing me and asking what the problem was. I explained what I experienced. Katie got back to me with detailed instructions as to why this may have happened and where to go on the MS site for the “FIXs” to employ to solve the problem.
A couple of emails later and some more links to the MS site where I was able to solve Microsoft’s’ problem!

All in all this has perhaps has been the most knowledgeable support I have ever gotten from an online store. I would most certainly go back to eValueSoftware for my future software requirements.
