"I used Google Chrome to download the software instead of Safari because it was recommended and in took a while, but each time towards the end of the download it always timed out. I would even sit at my computer and make sure it didn't go to sleep and shut the screen and it still timed out. I finally had to reinstall Firefox to download the software.
