"I ordered a new Fitbit Alta HR mid July, received the wrong device (from California) , not the HR model. After email haggling I was able to return for the correct one. 3 weeks later I received the Fitbit AltaHR (this time from NJ)..box had been opened, device had a charge, band was slightly soiled, face was missing plastic cover and had obvious use scratches. This was a used Alta HR not a new one as I had purchased. I notified eVirtualz including sending photos of the issues and I never received a response! One week later I sent another email with all the issues, but NO response! ECrater & EVirtualz are EBay-Wanna-Be’s, but they are both a hoax, stay away!"

"I have never dealt with such a horrible horrible company! This is nighmare has been going on for nearly a month. I returned AT MY EXPENSE no less, the used and broken product that I received, THAT WAS ADVERTISED AS NEW via FedEx adult signature required. There was no one there to sign for it so FEDEX is holding it at a place for pickup. I have emailed Jack no less than 4 different times but am getting NO WHERE! He has ceased to responded to my emails. I will NEVER EVER use this site again and I will be certain to tell anyone that I come across to stay away from this site and what a scam it is. Save yourself some money and aggravation and stick with Ebay and Amazon!!!!! "
