"This company markets in New Zealand, even has a New Zealand contact number, yet refuses to take any form of responsibility when the items ordered suddenly "vanish" and never make it to my destination. The item had a tracking code that CLEARLY shows it never made it to me, and upon reporting it to the company, they straight up refuse to provide refund while claiming the item was "non-trackable" while they gave me a TRACKING number. In other words, logic is far beyond these people therefore I recommend to any and all considering ordering from them, to avoid at all costs. There are MANY options out there to get your vitamins, just make sure it ain't this one.

"I ordered an item 3 months ago for a delivery in Japan. After 3 weeks, no news, so I contacted the customer support. They were pretty reactive and nice, i learned that the package was blocked at the customs (a deodorant I cannot find in Japan, but don't think it's dangerous enough to e blocked). 1 month later, no news, I contacted again the customer support, the package was not returned to them yet. Same one month later. I ask for a refund and then I would order a new deodorant, but it was not possible as they didn't get the item back. And that's where it starts to be interesting. They clearly know that I've never received the package as they had the info from postal service. Yet, they told me that they ar enot responsible for any package blocked at the customs and so they would proceed only the refund of the product once they get it back...
Honestly, I really have doubt the product has ever been shipped as there is no tracking.
So it would be the best scam ever.
If you live outside of the US, DO NOT think about buying on this website, you have good chance not to receive your product, to wait for several weeks/months without any refund and when you can finally get a refund, it is minus the shipping cost."
