"eVitamins is a US based website that sells Food Supplements. I had a terrible experience with eVitamins.
When you sign-up with this website and order a product, you need to select a payment mode where-in you are asked to provide these details as Billing Information:-
a) Your Name on Debit/Credit Card b) Card Number c) Card Expiry Date d) CVV number of the card (All the details essentially required to compromise a Card and shop from your card without anyone needing the ATM-PIN number of your card).
After providing your Card details, when you order a product for first time, eVitamins directs you to your Bank Website where you log-in to your “ Bank Website “ and authorize payment through Transaction Password/OTP, that you receive on your mobile (Which is a standard practice for well-known reputed e-commerce websites). Now, eVitamins makes this as your DEFAULT PAYMENT Option and the next time you order a product, eVitamins do not redirects you to your Banking Website for authorizing payment and rather DEBITS your Card straightaway without you authorizing payment by Transaction Password/OTP.
eVitamins have developed a very innovative way of looting your money. This is the second method that they use to commit fraud on your card. When you order a product and make payment through Net Banking (The pymt. gets deducted from your Bank A/c), you receive a Confirmation mail that " your order has been placed " and you are given a TRACKING NUMBER to track the shipping of your order. Now, eVitamins holds your order and do not prepares it for shipment. So, when you try to track your order through TRACKING NUMBER, they deduct payment from your Bank Account again. For tracking an order, you need to log-in to eVitamins website and this is when they fraudulently Charge your Card again for the same order. So, you end up paying twice for the same order.
Now when you raise a Support Ticket for "Double Payment" and send them screenshots of your Bank Statement, then their Customer Manager (who usually is Annabelle King, most of the time) tells you that the FIRST DEBIT (for evitamins) that you are seeing in your Bank Statement is just a pending a authorization whereas it was SECOND DEBIT (for evitamins) when your Bank actually released the payment. They give you this Bull**** reply. This has been my personal experience.
If you don’t love your money and if you can afford risking the safety of your Card Information then you can certainly shop from eVitamins. High Risk and certainly Avoidable website. Prevention is better than cure.

"Sorry to read about people having so many problems. Maybe it's best to only order from them if you are in the US. After I ordered I got a confirmation email which was correct. When they shipped it the order said I had two of everything and double the charge. I called the number and told them what happened and they said someone would get back to me in 24 hours. I got an email from someone in support who I communicated with. The matter was resolved in a day or so and I returned the extra items at no charge when they arrived and received a refund. They told me they found a glitch in the system which would be corrected. "

"In February I ordered some vitamins from their site. It all went well. Until 3 months later I received an email from them stating that they sent the same products to me again. I was stunned! They already charged my credit card.
They claim that buying the first product I signed up for something they call auto shipping every three months. It never said so on my account profile or they never gave me a confirmation on an email. They claim that I had to uncheck a box in a pop up window when I bought the first package of vitamins. It is simply not true! I asked them to give me confirmation that I had signed up for this auto shipping which they are not able to. Still the refuse to give me my money back.
Evitamins is running a big scam and I would not recommend anyone buying from their website.

"I purchased Virgin Coconut oil from this company. They misrepresented their product and send me non-virgin oil. I tried to return it and they wouldn't send me a return label. Finally Amazon got them to send me a return label. I sent the product back and I have been waiting for my refund. They are stalling the refund saying they have to inspect the product. "Cannot email support, it gives a "You can not add scripts to this email message." on the Contact Us page. The email confirmation is also slow (if ever?) in coming, (and yes I checked spam folderS) if you order better save that page when you finish the checkout process. And not being able to reach customer service and a website that doesn't work correctly is a REALLY BAD combination - you can't get human or automated service...
I'm new to this company, I prefer better support but have to go with the best price on these particular products because someone in my life needs the supplements due to serious health issues and the cost adds up, we're having a hard enough time keeping up as it is. If this wasn't the case I would go with another online store.

"Sadly this was my first and LAST order from this site. I have ordered soap from another company in CA for over 3 years. I decided to try Dr.Bronners gal liquid soap here. Sadly my shipment came damaged. I contacted them right away. It was a Friday night. I left a message and no one returned by call. I called back and explained the problem to a woman who was helpful. After some time I rec'd a email stating I was given a credit for the half of the missing gal of soap sadly I only took pictures. And thew out the mess that is called s box with the plastic wrap. "Do not order from eVitamins. They had a promotion but refused to honor it because others have found a loophole to obtain multiple discounts. It even states in their terms that there is no contract or obligations for such service. They blamed the customers for taking advantage of such promotions and went against their terms and conditions because they weren't taking full advantage of the customers.
It is up to the customer to cancel their subscribe and save function, but it is up to evitamins to determine whether or NOT they will validate it. A bit subjective if you ask me. Bad customer service and does not FULLY honor their OWN terms and conditions."
