"Watch will not sync. Battery life not as advertised won't make it 9 hours without a charge.
Had to set time after EVERY time it needed recharging.
Tried to get a credit to my Visa card but was denied because I did open the box to try it out which is against their policy. WhattheF---?
How do you know how it operates without opening the box to try it????
This a__hole of a company is not going to ruin my credit because of their refund/return policy.
I guess I have to eat the $79.00 cost but will be more careful on ordering anything online next time.
Any recommendations how to get my refund without attorney costs?

"I received this watch charged it one then would not charge again. Called number several times was told to contact customer the service. Which by the way changes the support address all the time. Finally they responded with message saying they would contact with in 72 hrs. Did not happen contacted them again. Response was could not return unless package unopened. My response was watch malfunctioned. There is a 1 year warranty. I do not want the watch replaced, requested a refund.
Fortunately I was able to get a refund through my credit card. Suggest you do the same.

"I checked the returns policy before i opened the sealed box. Seller said i couldn't return if the box was opened, so told them i couldn't check it then.
I tried the watch on and the strap was 1bout 40mm short of going around my wrist, so i asked if they could change for a longer strap.
Every email from them, in Spanish was, was hard work trying to explain. Eventually they said i could pay postage back and they'd give me a percentage back.

"First, the battery does NOT have a long life. It needs charging EVERY DAY in LESS than every 24 hours. It only takes 40 minutes to charge, okay, but needs it every 12 hours or so. The sleep monitoring function which I really wanted to use does not work. It provides no information. The one amazing thing I can do is make and receive phone calls if that's really important, but it's actually not to me. It cannot be repaired or serviced because it must be shipped from CHINA. I bought insurance for it and that money is just GONE. Buy a watch at home in the USA where you can return it or have it serviced. Don't waste your money on this one. "
