"I looked forward to the invicta watch I ordered. I went to my jewler to size the watch as they are very big. It fell apart in his hands, he said the 3 prong attached to the clip was too big for the watch to stay together. He then tried to put it back together and it kept falling apart, he is my jeweler for 20 years. I told him I would contact the customer service and would see what they had to say, as of this moment no one has contacted me, we can't get it back together to stay and I cannot return it unless it is in the original condition, What is wrong with this picture? it also has an address on it that is 2 miles from my house and I feel like going there asking them to put it back together. So I now have a watch I cannot wear or return. Shoddy business and I work for and National chain of Optical stores. I will make sure everyone I speak with, and that is hundreds of people on a weekly basis and tell them how this company is a rip off. I am more than dissatisfied!!!! You should take this watch back and return my money, and there is no offer to exchange it even though it is a defective product. I will never again even think of doing business with you again and may start a blog that will benefit anyone thinking of ordering anything from you. get in touch with me and help me, don't tell me you won't take it back.....$60.00 for a defective product. How do you expect women to buy something they have to size and then not stand by it. What a terrible business practice. Truly unhappy! You could at least exchange it and I can't get it put back together by a reputable jeweler. You are taking advantage of people and it is not right. I also have emailed you daily and no response, what kind of customer service do you have?"
