"after calling twice and christmas allmost here i was told i would not be getting the watch that i had ordered for my wife.again after calling twice.just a bad way to run a company.to pull something like that at chritmas time. i am told that they are apart of the world of watches comany.world of watches ewatches and the watchery are all the same company. i will not order from any of them again."

"I have shopped with this organization a couple times now, and each experience was very enjoyable. I like working with people who know what they are doing and get it right the first time. The free shipping was great, but the receiving the item just three days later-----------was greater! I am a serious collector of unique time pieces and E-watches is a wonderful source and assistant."

"I visited the ewatches.com site and found a nice watch that I ordered for my husband as a christmas gift. Before I placed my order I double checked the holiday delivery schedule that guaranteed delivery by 12/24/12 if I placed my order before 12pm on 12/22/12. I submitted my order on 12/22/12 around 10:16 am well before 12pm. On 12/24/12 I checked the status of my order and it was pending. I called the customer service number that was provided and the office was closed for the holiday. On 12/26, 12/27, and 12/28 I re-checked the status of my order and it still said pending. I then called the customer service number again on 12/28/12 while I was online viewing my status and spoke with a represenative. I explained the situation and she apologized for the inconvenience she also went ahead and gave me the tracking number and updated the delivery status to shipped. I am very dissatisfied and should cancel this order. With the new year approaching who know's when I will ever get the watch. This was suppose to be a gift for my husband. I am not happy at all."

"Watch was promised for Christmas as it was order on time according to your shipping schedule.

UPS has delivery scheduled for Jan 3, 2013.

See my previous communications with your customer service department. Very poor performance including a hang-up when I asked to speak to a supervisor.

As of today I have not received an apology for this delay mearly a confirmation that I am correct and UPS will deliver in 2013.

If you strive for customer satisfaction then your customer service department needs a shake up because they have let you down significantly.

I cannot comment on the watch as I have not received it yet.

Interestingly you are asking for my comments as if I had received it. You need to deal with UPS because they have certainly let you down.

"I received a rather blunt email saying that I was thought to be an unauthorised purchaser even though I had registered through PayPal. I was also informed that they could not deliver to Australia at this time, but they could not inform me as to when they could do so. this service is rather poor to say the least!!!!!!!!!!
