Both watches arrived with dead batteries. I had one (Order # W707938) replaced Friday. The battery cost as much as the watch did, but I needed a watch, so I paid it ($12.00)

Order # W709189 arrived this morning with the very same issue (Dead Battery) and a bent watch band ( I straightened it)

I can see maybe 1 dead battery but 2 dead batteries out of two orders... and a bent band.. no excuse for this . Have sent e-mail waiting on their repply.
