"Hi you all; I just want to let you know that this company have a wonderful prices, but the customer service people and Supervisor Gloria are very very rude. My case is that I buy 4 watches, but never get the items, after that (15 day later)they made a partial refund money. I spend $218.99 (ORDER #1282954)and they refund my money for only 179.00. Beware whit them. They Are very dificult their actitud in emails say beautiful words in THE PHONE they are absoluty bad bad bad, they say that we (customers) need to understand them no they to us. Can you imagine????? I paid the purche fortunatly with PAYPAL THEY ARE TAKING MY CASE AND I AM HAPPY BECAUSE THEY (PAYPAL) ARE TRYING TO PUT ALL MY MONEY IN MY POCKET.
They have mistakes and didnt recognize it. other of my cases is: I placed an order 10 watches so I try to cancel one of the Items, I was talking with customer service people on ewatches, beause the operator did a wrong cancelation,this is the point: the watch that I try to avoid they refused to do it, they say that first I need to get the watch in my house and after that i need to return the watch (can you imagine???) because their warehouse cant take it off from the other 9 watches (OHHH MY LORD!!) GLORIA (THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR)told me that they have a 1000 of customers and the employments on their warwhouse dont have time to do this things, AND THAT I DONT UNDERSTAND THEM.
MISS GLORIA: I JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT ONE RULE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICES AREA IS: CUSTOMERS DONT DONT NEED AND DONT HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM ON YOUR WAREHOUSE, ON YOUR OFFICE, ON YOUR DESK, OR WITH YOUR FAMILY OR WITH YOUR BOSS.
