"From all I had read the Argosy HD-HV335T seemed to be just what I was looking for. For the most part it is pretty good and does what it says. Yes it plays DivX all flavors even though the specs don't say so. I have had a recurring problem with not being able to browse my LAN from the box so I called Argosy and they told me it is probably a "browse or announce" conflict from my router and just power everything on the network down and all should be OK. Well that does work BUT, I have 14 computers and 4 NAS servers on my network and all must be powered down when the Argosy "looses" the ability to access the local network. Kind of a pain. I have tried several FW updates and none seem to help. Interesting thing is that all comps on the network can still see and access the HD-HV335T even when it can't acces them. The HD-HV335T can still access the internet (BT, Picasa etc) even when it can't browse the LAN. Also key features that are missing and that I hope are addressed in future FW updates are 1: No auto spin-down of HDD (if installed) after xxx mins 2: No way to tell if unit is on or off (blue light is always on) 3: doesn't save network login info even in the same session. Pros: 1: remembers the last point of the last movie watched if you had to shut it down to leave or go to bed or whatever (nice so you don't have to FF to get back to where you were) 2: with newest FW the slow menu scroll has been sped way up 3: seems to stay pretty cool ( I have a F3 2TB Samsung installed) where other boxs I have had have gotten wayyyy hotter (heat KILLS) 4: FW upgrades and downgrades are easy to do (just put the *.img file on the root of a flash drive and go to the HD-HV335T system menu and choose update)so trying out the latest FW won't leave you worse off than you were. Anyway, all in all probably a 4 of 5 stars"
