"After looking in several places for a NAS bay, I found one in a nice price at SuperBiiz($148+s/h). Before placing my order, I called customer support (Sally) and she ensured me that item was in stock.Since I didn't have my CC on hand, I hung up and decided to place my order online. Then I noticed that the item, in my google search, had a coupon attached. The coupon was for $10 dollars, applicable to order over $100. So, I applied the coupon to my order and final price was $146 including s/h, I was completely satisfied with my purchase, at that moment.

Next morning, I went in to my account, to check the status of my order: "Contact Customer Support". I called again, it was Sally again, she told me my order was on hold because "The item is out of stock. But normally those items take 4 to 7 days to arrive, do you want to wait?". Since I was in no hurry, I told her it was OK if my discount will be honored. She said "Your what?", "My coupon for $10, it would not be valid after 10 days, so it's enough time to cover my purchase until shipped", her tone changed and she just said, "Yes, we'll see when your order ships". "But I'm not being charged yet?", "No you'll be charged when order is ready to ship". So I hung up and a few minutes after, I receive an email telling me that the item I ordered would not be in stock until 3 weeks, but my order will be automatically cancelled in 2, if I was interested in buying something else instead (without discounts, of course!).

Then I understood what happened. My order was placed on hold, because of the coupon.

I won't recommend anyone to buy at SuperBiiz, ever again. They use dirty tricks to attract you to their website, then they sell you what they want at the price they want. Plus $7 shipping, is ridiculous!
