"I ordered a Western Digital HD from SuperBiiz and the shipping was very quick. I ordered on Saturday night and it shipped first thing on Monday morning. The hard drive arrived a few days later in a typical shipping box. It was an OEM drive so there was no retail box for the hard drive, however they bubble-wrapped the drive very nicely so that it was covered all around. There was at least 2 inches of bubble-wrap padding all around the drive with no exposed spots (very important when shipping an HD!!!) FWIW, I ordered a different hard drive from Newegg at the same time and that drive also came in bubble-wrap... but Newegg didn't do a good job of wrapping it up in comparison to SuperBiiz. Newegg's came with about half the padding and one side/corner was exposed because the bubble-wrap had popped. It has made me very concerned about the long-term life of the drive. Granted, Newegg also did include little styrofoam eggs in the box but that didn't make me feel any better. However, both HDs have installed and been working without problems so far. SuperBiiz definitely gets my +1... they did a much better job of wrapping and securing the HD. :D

My only gripe is the price! I paid a $109.99 for a 2TB WD "green" drive or whatever they call it. I mean, $109.99 isn't a steal but it isn't great either for. Maybe if it were $109.99 for a 7200 RPM drive, it'd be more worth it. The green drives spin a lot slower."

"The speed of delivery was ok but not great. Seven days for standard delivery (including weekends) seems a little long but that was probably because it was going coast to coast. I was very disappointed with the packaging provided. The two hard drives were enclosed in their clear plastic containers and placed in a cardboard box with cardboard dividers between them. No packing peanuts, no foam protection, no bubble wrap. When I opened the box both drives were loose from their plastic cases and the cardboard dividers were bent allowing the drives to wiggle around in shipment. Although there was a note on the outside of the box to inspect before accepting delivery, the box was just left at my door by UPS and they never even rang my door bell. It would appear that the drives work fine, so I dodged a bullet on them getting damaged in shipment, but I still don't like the idea of 1.5TB drives traveling 3000 miles by ground in poor packaging. Hindsight being 20/20, I probably would have spent the extra $10-$15 to buy these drives from another popular online vendor that I know gets them to you in 2-3 days and packs their drives like they are fragile items, which they are."

"My grand daughters bought a new compaq presario a couple years ago and it was useless. It would only work a couple weeks and then crash so hard they would need to reinstall all software to get it to run again. I looked at it and saw it had a single core cpu so I decided to get them a dual core. I paid about 30% less at SuperBiiz than what I would have at my favorite online stores! I received the cpu in less than a week. I installed it and drivers loaded automatically. It ran better but was still sluggish and irratic at times.
I went to the AMD website and verified I had the proper drivers. Then I ran AMD's hyper-V check. It said AMD Hyper-V was not enabled in the BIOS. I restarted the computer, went into BIOS and enabled Hyper-V, its ran fine ever since. Note: In BIOS it said HP recommends leaving Hyper-V disabled but, Windows Vista would not run stable until it was enabled. I say thumbs up for SuperBiiz and AMD. But, a company like Compaq that sells computers that are not even configured to work properly, in my opinion, should be out of business. "DON'T BUY COMPAQ"."
