"Update below...

First of all, they're picking up on the new trend of not shipping to unverified addresses. They have ppl that can't speak clear english make these calls. It took 3 call backs to finally get my HDD shipped. A week later, I get a poorly packaged drive.

I'm waiting for a response but their shady, "Check contents before signing", wrap on the package is making me worry. Especially since I was never given the opportunity to even sign.

***Update***
My concerns were quickly addressed. After sending SuperBiiz an email, they quickly replied stating they'd be happy to exchange the drive free of charge and provided a shipping label. I received a follow up call explaining that this should not have happened; both on the CC address validation issues and the bad packaging. He explained how it should have been packed with which I was in total agreement. I just hope that this was indeed a one time thing and that in the future, I won't have to worry about something that should be trivial.

"Great price, great order updates and the item arrived with adequate packaging. My only minor annoyance is the time it took for the item to be delivered. I wish the basic free shipping options are extended for large orders to anything that is faster than ground. :)

Will definitely shop here again though!

"I purchased 2 flash drives from SuperBiiz and was impressed with their customer service. One of the drives was nonfunctional out of the box, but their return and warranty policy turned out to be very reasonable provided that you returned the product within thirty days.

I am very happy with their customer service and would definitely shop there again.

"I placed an order for a high end motherboard with ewiz. My order was processed and shipped fast. Placed on a Monday and received on Friday using UPS ground. Unfortunately Ewiz overlooked adding any kind of protection "popcorn,airbags" to the shipment and the motherboard was destroyed in shipment.

I Called Ewiz, spoke with Kellen and informed her of the damage to the motherboard due to improper packaging. I asked for a refund because I did not want to take the chance that another mobo would be shipped in the same manner.

That evening I receive a call from UPS stating that they were sorry for the damage to the motherboard and would be out to pick it up on a damage call tag.

I called Ewiz the next business day and asked them why ups would be picking up the motherboard on a damage call tag. When they were the ones who improperly shipped the motherboard. (Ewiz was trying to pawn the damage off on UPS when they were clearly at fault for not packaging the motherboard properly.) I was not given an answer from Ewiz as to why they were doing this.

I had to call Ewiz several times to get my refund status. Never was I contaced by Ewiz to notify me of the status. I was finally refunded after I had waited past the entire 10 business day period and called. It took almost an entire month for the refund.

Needless to say I am completely unsatisfied with my Ewiz shopping experience.
