Did not attempt to return the drive - shipping and hassle of returning item not worth the value of the drive, so no experience with customer service.

"This video card was a piece of crap. I submitted an rma form and just because i opened it up and tried it i couldnt return it. I am on a team that competes world wide with computers and demand the very best. We are the number one team in the US and we are ranked 8th in the world.We spend 10 of thousands of dollars a year on pc equipment/hardware.I can not and will not deal with this sort of crappy service.

Of all the places i have spnet money on cpu hardware this is the only one i have had this sort of problem.If a customer isn't satisfied with a product thats the bottom line. "Great PSU. With 3 12v rails this thing is a monster staying cool even under load. I have 2 HDD in raid 0 1 SSD an AMD athlon X3 440 OC'd to 4.1 GHz and a HD5770 OCd to 1,010 MHz and 1475 MHz core and mem respectivly. Thats alot of power and this PSU handles it without a hickup. And it looks great doing it. Also of note is at this price point its almost unheard of to get a modular design and while this PSU isnt fully modular the cables that perhaps most wont use, such as the extra 6pin PCIE connector and such are nicely out of the way and not making a mess in your case. 5 stars !

"The first order I placed with this company was a days before this one and went well so I ordered again and this one did not.The first order took 2 days to get here and the 2nd took much longer.When the 2nd order arrived, UPS let me know the day before that I had to sign for the package so I must be available all day. I was except for about 20 minutes and they came in that 20 minutes.So I called UPS to have it left at UPS customer service to pick it up and they said that eWiz WOULD NOT ALLOW IT TO BE LEFT AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I emailed eWiz a nasty gram and they called back stating that they had recently experienced massive fraud in Florida and thus would only allow the person to receive the package at their home and they must sign for it. So I had to wait again and this was for a $50 package. Interestingly, my 1st package was left at my door and did not have the same orders on it. I will not be shopping with them again until they change their policies in Florida."
