"Item shipped immediately and I Received the item reasonably fast. Item was packaged safely and arrived in perfect condition, no complaints about shipping. Price was the best I could find online by a measurable margin.

Unfortunately, I discovered two things to my great dismay after receiving my order: First, that the CPU chip I ordered wasn't actually supported by my mobo (this is my fault of course, although it was an easy mistake since SOME revisions of my mobo support it). Second, that eWiz/SuperBiiz has an EXTREMELY disappointing return policy, which states that ANY items which have attempted to be installed (or even OPENED!!!) are not eligible for RMA! Having shopped almost exclusively at a very well known online electronics e-tailer based in Southern California for the last several years, which has unmatched customer service and an excellent return policy, I was shocked and dismayed by this company's return policy, and as a result I will very likely not do business with them again.

I can MAYBE, MAYBE understand the policy of not accepting any returns which have attempted to have been installed (although why the heck should that matter as long as it didn't affect, change, or damage the product in any way), but the policy of not accepting any returns whatsoever that have been opened is beyond ludicrous. Essentially they've set it up such that they'll get nearly zero returns, and that's their prerogative since handling returns is time consuming and costly, but they have to live with the consequences of losing a LOT of customers with this policy. I for one would never recommend this e-tailer to someone, unless I knew specifically what item they were going to order, and felt comfortable that there would never be any reason to return that item once it had been opened. The e-tailer I normally shop from has garnered an unbelievable share of the market simply through word of mouth as a result of their incredible prices and even more incredible (in this day and age) customer service. I'm sorry to say that won't be the case with this company.

You should have said "unfortunately once a CPU chip or ANY package has been OPENED it cannot be returned", since that is your policy. Not "once it has been opened AND used", since it does not need to have been used or even installed to void any possibility of an RMA. As I said, I can understand a return policy that denies a return for a product once it has been installed, IF it has affected, changed, or damaged that product in any way. That IS the case with a CPU chip since there is a tiny amount of thermal compound on it which is affected once it's installed with the heat sink. However, to deny all returns simply because the box has been opened, even if the product hasn't been touched, is simply ludicrous. But, you're entitled to your own policy of course, and the customers can choose for themselves whether or not they want to shop here."

Everything was secured with air bags, hdd was in a clam shell, with padding around it as well. Cpu was shrouded in air bags. Was a pleasure to open the box and see the amount of care given to ensure my product arrived in working order. Nothing was DOA, and their prices were very competitive. Not sure if I'll be using the egg, or tiger anymore.
