"When you're buying an item with free shipping, prices are usually very good, but on "normal" shipping items, shipping fees are excessive.
Additionally, my orders usually take 2-3 business days just to process and be shipped out. My first order ever with them some months ago, I ended up cancelling the order after 3 days, and buying somewhere else.
My second order is today on the third business day, and hasn't shipped. Same experience again. Just because it's something I really need at an outstanding price, I'm waiting.
