"Wow, where to begin.
Placed order for mobo on 02/25/08
Checked order status on 02/28/08 online and said "in warehouse". I called to check on order and C.S. rep said, shipping dept does not come in till 10:00 am..I'll call you back. I called back around 11:00 and was told they had not figured out where my item was and that they would call me back in 30 min...again. Finally got a call back around 2:15 and was told my mobo was sent to wrong customer and they would overnight me a new one. The next day i got a call from UPS asking me what my actual zip code was because shipper had entered wrong one. Needless to say, the item was not delivered so I had to go pick up from UPS warehouse. Finally when I got the item home, I went to install it and it would power on for a second and shut down. After all this mess, mobo was DOA. I'm in the process of RMA'ing it. We'll see how that goes. Needless to say, I will never again do business with eWiz. I order parts from newegg about twice a month and have never had a bad experience. Guess thats what I get for trying to save a couple of bucks."
